Group training is personal training, but done in a small groups up to 8 people max.  It is the latest trend in personal training.  People love it!

When you're a no show for your nightly date with the treadmill, the treadmill doesn't care.  It doesn't call you to see what's going on, and it doesn't fell bad to be stood up.  When you work out alone, there's nobody to hold you accountable for missing a session or more. Group training allows you to gain access to a support group who will hold you accountable and push you towards your goal.
